1. Buy
When ordering, an agreement on purchase is made only when Shavingroom.se confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is automatically generated. If the delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. Shavingroom.se have ownership and repossession rights to all products until full payment has been made from the customer. By shopping with us, you sign up for our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in the mailing.
Shavingroom.se is operated by Shavingroom i Stockholm AB (556934-5548). We hold an F-tax card.
2. Price
The prices include VAT at 25%.
3. Shipping
We ship to the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal and Sweden.
For requirements outside Sweden’s borders, the minimum shipping is €9. Shipping is calculated on weight and choice of delivery method. Orders over €200 SEK are free of charge.
4. Kustom Checkout Solution
We use Kustom Checkout to manage your purchases. Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB, through which payment methods and delivery options are made available.
Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly; Kustom provides the interface and logic that displays the available payment methods. When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered different payment methods. These payment methods are processed by separate providers, depending on the method you choose when completing your purchase. For the payment, you will be redirected to a payment service provider where the purchase will be completed.
Kustom does not perform a credit check; This is done if necessary instead of the payment method you have chosen. By clicking “Pay purchase” at checkout, you agree to our terms and conditions of purchase, Kustom’s terms of use and confirm that you have read Kustom’s privacy notice.
Stripe
Stripe securely processes all payments made through Kustom Checkout. Stripe is regulated in Europe and authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland as an electronic money institution (EMI).
Available payment methods
Through Kustom Checkout, you can be offered payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, Swish, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, where applicable, bank transfer.
Card payment: All card information is transmitted encrypted and processed according to the security standard PCI DSS. Kustom never saves your card information.
Klarna: When choosing Klarna, Klarna Bank AB handles the payment process, including any credit reports and invoicing.
Swish: The payment is approved in the Swish app with mobile BankID and processed by your bank.
5. Deliveries
Goods are normally shipped the same day if the order is placed before noon. 16:00. The parcels are delivered by PostNord.
6. Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery delays occur beyond our control. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. We will always notify you if the delivery is delayed.
7. Transportation risk
Together with our shipping partners, we are responsible for the transport risk, i.e. the risk of the goods being damaged or lost duringtransport from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company bear the risk of any return to us.
8. Damaged goods
When you receive your item, it is important that you immediately inspectthe package. Should the packaging and contentsbe damaged, you should notify your postal center or directly to the carrier. Always save the confirmation you receive that your goods are damaged. We are grateful if you let us know as soon as possible if itoccurs, but no later than within a week.
9. Right of withdrawal and return
You as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 90 days after you have received the product, without special reason. When using the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer pays for the return shipping. The right of withdrawal and return only applies when goods are returned in unused and undamaged condition. Please contact us before the return is made.
10. Complaints
If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, you must contact us by email within one week of discovery. Shavingroom.se comply with the Consumer Sales Act, which means a 36-month right of complaint. The right of complaint only covers original defects (defects that existed at the time of delivery). Normal wear and tear is not replaced.
11. Refunds
In case of cancellation of order or return, refund will be made via Kustom to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are normally processed within 1-3 business days after we receive and approve your return.
12. Reservations
We reserve the right to make changes in prices, typos or other errors that are beyond our control.
Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labour market, decisions by authorities and similar events beyond our control, we are relieved of our obligations to fulfil agreements entered into.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
