Deliveries
Have you placed your order before 16:00 Monday to Friday? Then your goods are packed and shipped the same day. This means that you can expect fast delivery directly to your door or to your nearest agent. Usually, you will receive the package within 1-2 business days, which means that you avoid long waiting times and can start using your new products quickly.
If you have instead chosen the option to pick up your order in our warehouse shop, you do not have to wait. Your goods are ready for collection the same day, often within just a few hours of placing the order. This way, you can get your products extra quickly and without shipping costs.
Please note that some delivery options may mean slightly longer delivery times, but this is always clearly specified at checkout when you make your choice. Almost all of our delivery options are also traceable, which means that you can easily follow your package all the way, from us as the sender to you as a customer.

Of course! All orders with home delivery over SEK 700 are sent to you free of charge. This means that you can shop safely and comfortably without worrying about extra costs for shipping when you reach the border.
Would you rather come by and shop directly with us? Then you are warmly welcome to our warehouse shop – and of course it is also completely free of charge. On site, you can pick up your goods quickly and easily, often already on the same day, and at the same time have the opportunity to meet us in person if you have any questions.
Don’t worry, we’ll fix this without any problems! If something does not go as it should, you are always welcome to contact us, or simply send the goods back and we will make sure to solve it in the best way.
For example, have you received the wrong item? Then we will of course send out the right product to you as soon as we can, provided that it is in stock. We want you to get what you ordered quickly and smoothly, without any hassle.
Should there be any other error on our part, we promise to notify you immediately and keep you updated on how we resolve the situation. Your security and experience as a customer are important to us, and we always do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.
Then something is really wrong! Of course, your delivery should arrive to you within one or two working days when everything is working as it should. We know how important it is to get your goods quickly, and therefore we always follow up if something seems to have gone wrong along the way.
Normally, your package is delivered directly to your mailbox. If the parcel is too large, it is primarily placed outside your door or left in a convenient way according to the carrier’s routines. This way, you don’t have to adapt to specific opening hours, but can receive the delivery when it suits you best.
Of course, we will help you with all contacts with our carrier or supplier if something goes wrong. So you don’t have to hunt for answers yourself, but we take care of the matter for you and make sure you get the help you need.
However, keep in mind that deliveries can sometimes take a little longer in connection with major holidays or other periods of high load. In the unlikely event that it takes longer than expected – do not hesitate and contact us at Shavingroom directly! We are here to sort out the situation and make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
It is perfectly possible to do this within 14 days after you have received the item, then just send the stuff back and get your money back.
However, a few things apply
Unfortunately, cans, bottles, tubes, bowls, cardboard packaging and other types of containers with seals that have been broken cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Are you wondering if a product is a sealed? Contact us and we will help you.
When it comes to, for example, safety razors, shaving brushes, shaving racks and similar hard products, we are happy to replace them if they are in unused condition and the packaging has not been damaged by you.
All returns are paid for by you, but we will of course help with return slips and other things that may be needed. Contact us and we will solve it.
Our products
Something that is very important to us at Shavingroom is climate, environment and sustainability. We want it to be a natural part of everything we do – from the products we choose to sell to how we work in everyday life. Our ambition is that you as a customer should be able to feel confident that your purchases are not only good for your shave, but also for the environment.
Therefore, we only work with suppliers and brands that share our values when it comes to climate, the environment and sustainability. In short, we want to work together with actors who have the same conscious view of the future as we do. The products we offer should be recyclable, reusable or developed in a way that minimizes the impact on the environment as far as possible.
A good example is our shaving soaps, where many come with the option of buying refill soaps. This way, you can reuse the same bowl over and over again, which both saves resources and makes it easy for you to change the scent when you want to try something new. It’s a small effort that together makes a big difference.
Our double razor blades are another example. They are made entirely of metal and can therefore be recycled in a sustainable way. We are happy to recommend collecting used leaves in a small metal jar before they are handed in for recycling – both practical and safe.

Of course, we have products that are suitable for those who prefer products without fragrance or with very mild perfume. We know that sensitive skin or personal preferences can make fragrance-free options extra important, which is why we’ve carefully selected products that meet these needs.

Sustainability and climate
At Shavingroom, we who work here all have a close relationship with nature, with the climate and sustainability. It can concern our lakes and seas, our forests and mountains and our urban environment.
That is why sustainability and the environment are important to us.
One of the benefits, and one of the reasons why we do wet shaving, is that it is a sustainable way to shave and take care of your hygiene, especially in relation to other ways of shaving.
The shaving tools used, safety razors, razors, shaving brushes and other things are made to last a long time, perhaps a lifetime, if they are taken care of well. Over time, it therefore becomes a very low climate footprint compared to, for example, plastic razors that need to be thrown away after a short time.
Double razor blades and shavette blades are made entirely of metal and can be recycled preferably in a metal can, which makes it easy.
Several of our safety razors are made entirely of metal or contain other natural materials such as wood, which means that they are completely plastic-free. The same goes for our shaving brushes.
Almost all shaving soaps in bowls and jars that we sell can be reused together with refill soap. It also means that the climate footprint is reduced.
One of the cores of our business is, of course, sustainable products.
This means that the products must be made as much as possible from natural, preferably organic and organic ingredients.
The products must also be reusable, recycled and have a long shelf life.
The products come to us from suppliers with the shortest possible transport route.

We place as high demands on ourselves when it comes to climate and sustainability as we do on our suppliers. This applies to everything from shipping methods, to packaging and their policies in terms of sustainability and the environment.
For example, we save and reuse packing materials from our suppliers when we send them on to you.
All our packaging and all other packaging we use is made of corrugated cardboard and cardboard that can be recycled. Feel free to do it together with us. For any returns, please use the box you received from us.
