Shavers

Shavers are used to remove unwanted hair and beard hairs, for example on the face. They can also be used to create fine lines and transitions between the beard and the skin


What is a shaver?
A shaver is used to quickly, easily and comfortably remove beard and hair from the face and other parts of the head.
How does a shaver work?
The function of a shaver is based on one or more razor blades moving at high speed against the skin. Which causes the beard and hair to be cut off.
What types of shavers are there?
There are mainly two types of shavers, Foil shavers and rotary shavers. The big difference is the construction around the cutting blades.

A foil shaver uses a thin metal foil to protect the cutting blades. In the same way that a comb protects the skin from a double razor blade, for example. The beard and hairs pass through small holes. Below them, the razor blades cut off the beard and hairs. These shavers are mainly suitable for those with slightly thinner and finer beard and hairs. This is because thicker beard hairs can have difficulty passing through the holes.

A shaver with rotating cutting blades is therefore better suited if you have thicker and/or thicker beard or hairs to shave off.
Why should I use a shaver?
Shaving with a shaver is a quick and easy way to shave. Good in cases where you don’t have time for a wet shave that can take some time. It can also be a good option if you’re on the move and don’t have the opportunity to take your regular safety razor with double razor blades.
How can a shaver help me with head shaving?
A shaver is a great tool to use when shaving your head together with a trimmer. With a trimmer, you can remove most of the hair in a quick and easy way. A shaver is then a good tool for removing the shortest beard hairs and in places where a trimmer cannot reach properly.
