Fitjar Island is one of our own absolute favorites among brands. The products from Fitjar Islands are manufactured on the island of Stord in the southwestern part of the Norwegian coast between Bergen and Haugesund. There is also the Selbjørnsfjord. The landscape here is the typical fjord landscape with high mountains cascading into the fjords. The inspiration for Fitjar Island’s various product lines naturally also comes from here, both in terms of names and scents.
Almost all products from Fitjar Islands are completely vegan with natural organic ingredients and nothing is tested on animals. Port of Fitjar Islands
Simply translated, Fitjar Island’s series Havn becomes Hamn. But in the series Havn, you want to recreate the feeling of coming home to your port and the calm after a long, hard day or several at sea. The products are mild in nature but have a wild and unleashed interior. Havn is also the name of the center of Fitjar, this is where most things start from and is the natural gathering point.
In Fitjar Islands Harbour, you will find the scents of lovely cedar wood, which with its soft round woody scent is a true timeless classic among scents that belong to classic wet shaving. It mixes with the scent of heather which is mild and in no way intrusive. The scent is supposed to bring to mind driftwood washed ashore on a lovely peaceful morning. There is also a bit of chamomile and lavender.

Fitjar Islands Fjellheim
The Fjellheim series from Fitjar Islands draws its inspiration from the slopes of the mountains that slope steeply downwards into the fjords around Fitjar. The scent should be like rolling in lovely juniper jars along the mountainsides together with the scent of freshly cut spruce logs. Adapted for the mountaineer, whether they are in the wilderness or in the big city. The name Fjellheim also means home in the mountain. Which it is no matter where you are.
Fitjar Islands Fjellheim also has a really classic masculine scent with its juniper bushes and the scent of freshly cut timber. Fitjar Island Folgefonn takes its name and inspiration from one of Norway’s largest glaciers. When you use the products in the series, it should really feel like a light, tickling, cooling, nice feeling that you can get from a cool, cold wind from a glacier on a calm morning. The scent and feel is that of refreshing menthol and eucalyptus. In short, a classic timeless lovely fragrance as any other from Fitjar Islands. There is also a certain scent of spruce shoots. Can possibly feel a little too stinging for those with very sensitive skin.

Fitjar Islands Slåtterøy is the fragrance for those with a fearless soul who is constantly on the lookout for new adventures, new experiences, not least in exotic places around the world. Whether it’s getting by sea or by land. The name Slåtterøy comes from the lighthouse located not far from Fitjar.

Fitjar Island’s stubble softener pre-shave soap is a personal favorite again and a pre-shave in solid soap form. The soap applied before the shaving cream or shaving soap on the face moisturizes the skin and also helps protect it by creating additional friction between the sharp razor blade and the skin during wet shaving. No need to rinse off. If you need to shave more than once, you don’t need to apply new pre-shave. Free of fragrance and can therefore of course be combined with all fragrance series.
Fitjar Island’s Facial cleansing facial soap is a soap specially developed for the sensitive skin on the face.
