The company was founded in Gothenburg, Sweden, by Björn Landén, who himself has a large beard. For a long time, he had a hard time finding good and durable mustache wax that also had an appealing scent. It all started when he was traveling and discovered that he was out of wax and wouldn’t have time to order anything new before it was time to leave. The idea of creating his own wax had been brewing for a long time due to the difficulty of finding good products. He started experimenting with mixing different ingredients and came up with his own wax. It worked very well and he wanted to refine the recipe and make it even better. He finally found the perfect combination of natural ingredients and created his company, originally called Mr. Bear. The brand grew quickly and Landén needed help from both family and friends to keep up with everything that needed to be done, hence the new name Mr Bear Family.

They make everything themselves at the factory in Gothenburg and it takes time to make all the amazing goods by hand. They do everything from boiling wax and mixing oils to filling bottles and screwing on lids. The whole brand is permeated by a family and personal style that welcomes everyone in need of good products made with care and from natural ingredients.
Initially, only the mustache wax was produced, but now the range has been expanded to include beard oil, shaving oil, beard balm, lip balm, beard brushes and mustache combs in a stylish design.
All Mr. Bear Family products are made from 100% natural ingredients and are free of chemical additives and unnatural mineral oils. This makes the products friendly to both people and nature. Beeswax is a very common ingredient and they also use, for example, shea butter, coconut oil, argan oil, rosehip seed oil and jojoba oil.
The company is completely against testing on animals. The brand has rapidly grown in popularity thanks to great products with great ingredients. Mr. Bear Family offers high quality, sought after products.

Mr Bear Family Beard Brew is their beard oil and perhaps their main signature product. It softens and refreshes both beard and scalp and also relieves itching and irritation.
